4. Liability

6. Claims

All claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted in writing to FirstClass Freight within seven (7) calendar days of delivery or the expected delivery date, whichever is applicable. Supporting documents, including but not limited to proof of value and evidence of damage, must be provided for timely claim processing.

FirstClass Freight reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
