Please note that when shipping TVs and other fragile items, you do so at your own risk ⛔️. We have a policy in our warehouse where we do not inspect televisions, making it difficult for us to verify if any damage occurred during transit by the carrier. "Unknown packages" are shipments that arrive at our warehouse without your unique courier code (mailbox number) in the mailing address. It is crucial to always include all provided address details, especially your unique courier code and its corresponding number, when placing your orders. Packages missing this vital information will be categorized as 'Unknown'. To get an 'Unknown' package processed and shipped: A JMD $350 fee applies to remove the package from 'Unknown' status. You must provide the correct tracking number for the package. Please note: It may take up to 5 days to process the removal of packages from 'Unknown' status. Once updated, your package will be shipped on the next available shipment day, and you will receive an email notification when it has been dispatched.

No worries if your package arrived at our US warehouse after closing! We have a secure drop bin available for all after-hours deliveries. Just keep in mind that your package won't be uploaded to your customer portal until the next business day.

Storage Fees: After 14 days, a storage fee of $200 per day will apply. Unclaimed Packages: - If a package is left uncollected for up to a month, it will be subjected to auction to cover expenses such as freight charges and local clearance fees.
