We do US Express Air Freight 3x per week. Enjoy the convenience of your packages being available for pick up within 24 to 48 hours after it has been delivered to our US warehouse. To gain access to this service all you have to do is to login to your Customer Portal and select shipping address, now enter this address exactly as you see it on your dashboard to your preferred shopping site to be used whenever you make an order. Packages that were delivered on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed on the next business day, and the 24 to 48 hours will not be applicable.

Get your packages faster with our Air Freight service! Your items can be ready for pickup just 48 to 72 hours after arriving at our US warehouse. To use this service, simply log in to your Customer Portal (dashboard) and copy the exact shipping address provided there. Use this address as your shipping destination on your favorite online shopping sites. Please note: Packages delivered on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day, and the 48 -72 hour timeframe will begin then.

We also offer Sea Freight Services, perfect for those larger, bulkier items that would typically weigh a lot. This option is often more cost-effective for bigger shipments, as pricing is determined by dimensions rather than weight. If you're interested in using our Sea Freight service, please email us with a picture or vendor link of the item, along with its cost. Sea Freight shipments generally take about 7 to 10 days to be delivered and are cleared in Kingston.
